Mr Tubby Ltd are specialists in the field of Hot Tub repairs due to the 30 years experience of our electrical engineer working on customers spas, and giving technical support to other hot tub companies across the UK.

We can quote any spa repair, part or service although due to the major increase in Chinese supplied spas (Winer, Jazzi, Moody, Deluxe, Champion, Monalisa, Aqualotus, Danz) we now specialise in this area. We have established agents in China to source all parts required and you will probably recognise your part from the photos of stock items below.

Our technical support can either provide a full onsite repair/service, or can supply the faulty item, e.g. heater or pump, then talk you through the DIY process on the telephone.

We have completed many spa pump, heater and controller upgrades from the first generation China spas either like for like, or adding the latest Chinese controller or say upgrading to the USA Balboa controller. Total rewiring or plumbing is not an issue as we are invloved in design of our own spas.
